Join us for a yoga class in the park created for ALL levels - no experience necessary!
Instructor Catie Troxell will facilitate our time together as we incorporate movement and postures, the use of breathing techniques, and a short meditation in an effort to unite the body and mind in healing and resiliency.
Suggested donation for this class is $10.
Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat if you have one. If you don't have a mat, no worries - we will have a few extra.
NOTE: In the event of bad weather, class will be moved to the next morning in the same location, Saturday, August 26 at 10am.
Some words from Catie about the upcoming event: "My goal as I teach each class is that everyone feels seen and safe to take up their space. I strive for my classes to be accessible and for my students to feel empowered to integrate yoga into their everday lives."
