Options for everyone: try a yoga class, experience music therapy, forest therapy, a soundbath meditation, or learn through interactive sessions on somatic processing, post-traumatic growth or new coping strategies in times of grief, get a chair massage, AND SO MUCH MORE! - Brooke Carlock has been punched in the face by grief on more than a few occasions, but she keeps getting back up and hopes to inspire others to do the same. She is the creator of the Grief Sucks with Brooke Carlock YouTube Channel, host of The Mourning Coffee Podcast, author of the book Grief Sucks (But Your Life Doesn't Have To) and cofounder of Live Like Libby, a nonprofit organization that provides dance scholarships in her late daughter’s honor. - Dr. Claudia Smith/Dr. Cee comes to this Summit with an extensive background in sexology, chaplaincy, mental health and education. In these settings she embraces a unique blend of compassionate care and clinical expertise as she helps individuals navigate the complex emotions associated with change, transition, loss and grief. She prides herself in creating a compassionate and inclusive environment, where individuals can openly explore their grief, find solace and embark on a journey towards renewal and strength.
