Come and experience a mental health focused spin class for all fitness levels!

Never tried spin before? That's okay - most of our Hope Noted community hasn't, but we're excited to try.

What is it exactly? This is a full mind and body experience on a stationary bike with music and motivational coaching. Designed to bring out our inner strength through a physical and emotional challenge. A great way to break up the winter blues and get our endorphins flowing together. 

What if I'm not a big cardio person? There are modifications provided so we can all try no matter our fitness levels. We are in control of our resistance on the bikes. We can take the class at our own pace and sit when needed.

Important Details: 

1. In addition to registering here, you MUST download the free RIDE + GRIND app and create a free acount in order to accept and sign their waiver. You will not be able to participate without also completing this step. Search for "RIDE + GRIND" on the App Store. Their logo is black with the letter "R" and this is listed as a Health and Fitness app. 

2. Please wear activewear that fits close to your body. Bring water. Clean towels are provided or you may bring your own. All equipment will be clean and sanitized for us.

3. The cost is $10 which includes your shoe rental. You will pay here in advance during online registration. 

4. The exercise portion of the event is 45 minutes long.

"Welcome to RIDE + GRIND where you will find a full body experience with Megan, owner + coach. We prioritize mental health in our classes + allow participants to feel safe, strong + challenged in every class. Our classes are meant to evoke joy, while also allowing you full permission to release any feelings that come up through music + movement on the bike. For this special class, Megan will be programming a 45 minute class that is meant to bring out strength you didn’t know you had, create memories through teamwork and unity, plus a physical challenge through many different tempos and choreography."
