Come out and enjoy a FREE outdoor fitness class for ALL LEVELS lead by Certified Personal Trainer and mental health advocate, Quese Butler.

Be prepared to get moving and learn how staying physically active plays a significant part in supporting our mental health.

Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle, towel, and exercise mat if you have one!

We will also be recognizing National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month at this event as Holistic Wellness Coach and suicide attempt survivor, Kay Bela, shares some of her story of HOPE with us. Click here to meet Kay!
